At Tech Tiger, we stand by the quality of our electronics and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Tech Tiger account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate a return authorization number.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a successful inspection and refund process.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
